What is BEN360?
BEN360 is Benafica’s benefits administration platform, designed to make benefits easier to manage, track and understand. Employers, brokers and employees each get access to the information and tools they need, all in one place.
How is BEN360 different from other ICHRA platforms?
We built BEN360 in-house based on feedback from employers, brokers and HR teams who wanted more visibility into their ICHRA administration. The platform gives you the transparency you need to see what’s happening, track progress and stay informed without having to chase your administrator down for every answer.
What does Benafica do, and what do I do?
We handle plan design, documents, employee education and enrollment, premium payments to carriers, mid-year changes, and compliance support. You approve the design, fund the account, keep us current on hires and terminations, and file your IRS paperwork. BEN360 is how you see all of it happening.
Can I switch to BEN360 mid-year from another administrator?
Yes. You don’t need to wait for a plan year to end. Employees keep the individual policies they already hold; we take over premium payment and servicing from the transition date.
What do employees see and do in BEN360?
Employees browse plans available in their area, compare them side by side, enroll directly, and schedule time with a licensed counselor if they want help. After enrollment, they can see their allowance and coverage details. If reimbursement is part of your HRA, they can submit claims for reimbursement. They can also request changes via qualifying life events.
What happens at a qualifying life event?
The employee reports it through BEN360 or to our team, and we handle the coverage or allowance change. You see the update reflected on your dashboard.
How long does implementation take?
Most employers go from first conversation to first premium payment in 60-90 days. The binding constraints are the employee notice window and giving people enough time to choose coverage without rushing.
Can I manage multiple companies or locations from one login?
What reports can I pull, and in what format?
Full roster, invoice, and carrier payment reports, on demand — available as CSV. No report request, no turnaround time.
How do I know a premium actually reached the carrier?
Every payment shows a date, amount, carrier, status, payment method, and confirmation number, per employee, per month. Flagged or delayed payments are surfaced rather than discovered later.
Is there a mobile experience?
BEN360 is fully optimized for mobile, so you can access the platform from your phone or tablet without downloading an app. Simply log in through your mobile browser for the same easy access to your benefits.
Do you work with our broker?
Yes, regularly. Brokers get their own BEN360 access with the same visibility employers have, across every group they manage.
