About Us
Benefits Administration, Done Right
Benafica’s roots are in third-party administration, where we’ve managed benefits programs for associations and their members for years. After seeing the limitations of licensed HRA software, we built our own solution. In 2025, we launched BEN360, an ICHRA administration platform built in-house based on real-world feedback from employers and brokers.
Today, we administer ICHRA and QSEHRA plans nationwide, provide TPA services to associations, and offer no-cost Medicare enrollment help in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
